Did you know…

Did you know that you are wonderfully and fearfully made (Psalms 139:14) and that nothing can separate you from the love of God (Romans 8:38-8:39).  Did you know that God heals you from all of your brokenness (Psalms 143:3) and that you do not need to be afraid of anything or anyone because the Lord is with you (Psalm 118:6).

So don’t allow the world to define who you are, or what should be important or a priority, and when you go through challenges in this life don’t get stuck in your feelings. Instead meditate and rely on the truth of God’s word and His promises to encourage, guide, and strengthen you as you travel on this journey called “life”.  Trust Him and trust His timing in all things.

    • Thank you for sharing your comment! I totally agree with you that very often we get “so caught up….” In those times where we are “caught up” or when we feel overcome by the issues of life, we can rest assured in the knowledge that God, our Lifeguard sees us and is standing ready to rescue us.

  1. Amen!!! We MUST remember, who’s we are. We didn’t chose him, He choose us. Fear is not of God. Knowing the power Our Father has giving us…”power over all the power of the ememy”, we can live and be VICTORIOUS! Yes, as we speak, I’m trying to practice to keep my feelings out of the equation, and focus on God as my source for EVERYTHING. Thank you for blessing me.

  2. This is a great example of continuously checking our thoughts, opinions, and facts with what the living Word has to say. The Lord is the way, the truth, and the life! If it lines up with Christ who is the Word, then it is truth…. which is what matters. How wonderful to know we serve a God who has never lied…I love being enlightened about the things our Lord has to say about those who truly believe in him and serve him. Wonderful post!

  3. Thank you and thank you for commenting. I am encouraged when I read God’s word to understand what He says to us and about us! which is why it is important to be transformed by the renewing of our minds. Romans 12:2.
