Do you wish to get well? Do you really want your situation to get better? The reason why I ask is that sometimes we cling to the very things that paralyze us. Things such as our negative attitudes, old hurts, bad habits and behaviors, or fear itself which keeps us stuck rather than set us free. It is important to ponder and ask ourselves these questions so that we can recognize the excuses that have been blocking our way —-w-a-y too long and finally move past them!
