We have all struggled in one way or another. We may be feeling a little broken or hurt because of what we have gone through or is currently going through. Consider being open and vulnerable to someone you can trust with your thoughts, and who is non-judgmental. We were not created to carry our burdens alone, actually the load may be too heavy, which is why the bible tells us to share each other’s burdens. It’s time to heal.
